Next I need to see how they all look together.

What a great series of shots. I had to read your processing info to see how you got such intense color --- is the Nik Viveza something you just started using? The colors really stand out against the much more dull sky.

Thanks Cindi!

I think the colors came out of Photomatix Pro pretty much this way. I used Topaz Adjust for global contrast adjustments and Nik Viveza for local brightness adjustments (I think I used it in this shot to brighten up the sign a bit). On this particular shot I also used Red Paw Media's Beautifier (Free download) which added brightness and a slight glow. I don't think I left any of the adjustment layers at 100% so everything is in moderation.

Cheers!

I'm missing the fourth part, I only see three! With that said, I have enjoyed this series. I think the 1st and 3rd shots have more impact than the 2nd shot. It doesn't seem to have the same pop. Is that by design?

Thanks Doug!

The fourth in the series was "Mom's Bait Shop" that I shot and posted last year. I put a link to it on post #517.

I agree that #518 is a little more subdued than #517 and #519. At the same time #518 may be my favorite of the three because of the shadows and quality of light on the front of the bait shop.

Cheers!

Duh! I guess I need to read a little more closely before jumping to the photo. Again, nice series. I've enjoyed them all.
