On day two of our New York RV trip we traveled from Meridian, Mississippi to Toomsuba, Alabama. It rained most of the the first half of the day but cleared somewhat in the second half. In Huntsville, Alabama (near Toomsuba :-) we met some old family friends at a local amusement park and had a good time. Today's photo is of the campsite when I woke up this morning to a beautiful day in Monte Sano State Park in Toomsuba.

Looks like your finally getting a break on the weather! Nice shot of the campsite.
Barry, I love looking at your blog and keeping up with where you are on your trip. I love the photo of the campsite in the morning..isn't it nice to wake up to such beautiful scenery? Now where exactly is Toomsuba..I've never heard of it in relation to Monte Sano, but remember I'm new around here!
On day one you said you were in Toomsuba, Mississippi. ?
Great pictures! The sky is always so interesting in your photos.
Can't wait to see the Amish country and then beautiful, downtown Dupont! ;-)
Thanks Larry, Terri, and Linda!
It is great to wake up in a scene like the one shown here! Toomsuba is a small town outside of Meridian, Mississippi.
Cheers!
Barry
