I took this shot two weekends ago in Dubina, Texas. Sts. Cyril and Methodius Church is one of the "Painted Churches of Texas".
Title: "Sts. Cyril and Methodius Church"
Camera / Lens: Canon 5D Mark II / Canon 24-105mm L zoom Post-processing: Photomatix Pro to combine three exposures from a tripod into one HDR (High Dynamic Range) image > Photoshop CS4 > Topaz Adjust plugin
I agree with Larry. HDR was the way to go and the texture was the right choice, especially if you had some uninteresting gray skies it replaced. Nice job. It looks like you got tired when you got to the tree on the right. You didn't quite take it all the way.(:
I really like the angle you selected to photograph this one and the selection of a wide angle lens that adds distortion adds some interest to the overall image. Your post processing brings out just enough details to make you want to look deeper into the image. Nice job.

Nice job on the processing. The combination of HDR and texture here really pumps up the shot.

Thanks Larry and Doug!
I'm really digging the textures! You'll probably see them show up on everything I do from now on! :-)
Cheers!
