I think I prefer the pano version better of the two. Water looks plenty cold too.
I like the pano version the best also. I think it's a case of "less is more." To me the pano crop emphasizes the water more.

I'm still undecided even though the "votes" so far are heavily skewed toward the pano version! :-)
