Barry, Texas

This past weekend we went through a small town called Barry, Texas on our way to Grandview from Houston. It turns out that my wife's grandmother was born in this town! If your first name were Dallas or Houston your wife's grandmother may have been born in a town by that name, possibly but not likely, but if your first name is Barry...forgetaboutit! :-)

Well, aren't you special! Good name for a town and what a great sky! Doesn't Texas have some of the most unusual town names you have ever heard? And then just try to pronounce them the way they are spelled...I don't mean that Barry is an unusual name, I was referring to others...really.

Any thoughts of moving?

Fun image, especially with the backstory.

Thanks Cindi and Patrick!

Cindi - I don't know about unusual or not but the name Barry is certainly uncommon ... which is what make the whole scenario so incredibly unlikely.

Patrick - No plans to move at this time! They probably don't have a camera club anyway. :-)

Cheers!
Barry
