Houston Zoo #4

Nice shot. My post today is a full profile of [I quess] the same lion, but the profile just doesn't have the impact.

Definetly one of the better Lion shots I've seen.

Really nice image here Barry...

It has a painterly feel to it, almost like its an illustration.

While I love it just like it is, it is screaming to me....please add some texture to me!!!!

I'm thinking some kind of flowing gauze like texture or burlap or something like that with a warmness to it would be really cool.

But I love it just as is as well. A very nice portrait of a very col animal. Too bad he has to spend his life in a zoo....
