I your perspective here. It seems to me that this one does not have a true black and white point and thus the contrast is not as great as your other photographs in the series. I would probably consider cropping down from the top. I am not sure that you need that much of the pipes and the wall that the plaster has fallen off.

Still, another good photograph in a very good series of photographs.

I like the top of this image, but would like the shadows opened up a little to see some detail there...I agree with Larry, try a crop down just a little but still leave most of the the bricks exposed and the pipes and then up from the bottom a little as that area is not quite as interesting as the top to me, but leave a wedge of the dark shadow on the right and the textured wall on the left --- that would leave the door on the lower right "point of interest". This image has lots of interesting diagonal and vertical lines to lead the eye around all the textures and shadows. Nice!

And the hits just keep on coming! I would hate to loose the interesting detail at the top. As a third suggestion maybe you could scale the top third down a bit so the eye doesn't have as far to travel but still retain a lot of the detail.

Thanks Patrick, Cindi and Larry!

I did some fooling around with the photo last night but wasn't able to make any changes to it that I thought improved it. I'll have to back away from it for a while and try again later. When I do revisit it I'll make sure to try and address your suggestions!

Cheers!
