Interesting HDR shot. It has an arty feel to it. I believe this is McHale Park located on Toddville and the waterfront.

There was a bench on the deck before Hurricane Ike. There was also a pink beer joint called Maribelles to the south of the park. It also disappeared during Ike.

What did stay there during Ike was a 1" white pvc pipe sticking up out of the water about 5 or 6 feet tall. It was difficult keeping it out of landscape shots. Someone finally removed it recently.
