#606. Snakes on Dunes

Taken yesterday at Galveston Island State Park. If you look in the sky you can see the contrail of a jet that caused a bit of concern in the Houston area yesterday. This was the first of what turned out to be many circles that the plane flew. I guess any erratic flight pattern anyone sees on September 11 from now on will justifiability have folks making phone calls to the authorities! This turned out to be a NASA jet on a training flight.

Nice shot Barry. Nice light and texture with the ancillary angle of photo journalism.

Thanks Larry!

Funny thing is I had composed this shot in my head earilier during the day and wasn't even aware of the contrails at the time I took it!

Cheers!
