#560. Seawall Trailers

Taken this morning on the Seawall in Galveston, Texas. The tiny travel trailer hitched to the tiny Volkswagen Bug caught my eye. Once I looked through my camera's viewfinder I really liked this composition that included the concession trailer and beautiful morning sky.

Title: "Seawall Trailers"

Camera / Lens: Canon 5D Mark II / Canon 24-105mm L zoom
Post-processing: Photomatix Pro to compbine three exposures (-2,0, +2) into one HDR (High Dynamic Range) photo > Photoshop CS4 > Topaz Adjust plugin

Great composition - and I like the character of that little shaved ice trailer on the right side.

I just came across your blog through Google - I'm also in the Bay Area but will soon be leaving to move overseas.

Great photos!

Nice composition, great sky, and I like that the one lone palm tree softens the hardscape in the shot as well.

The clouds are pointing to the "rent-me" sign. Maybe we can reserve them for a future date. I like the less saturated feel to the image.

Great processing. I also love the palm tree that looks like a chimney :)
