I like the BW capture with all the lines as it starts to vanish in the distance. Also a co-worker walking down the hall gave it a "AHH YEAH". Congrates on "Photographer of the Year for 2009" Keep up the good work!

Great shot! Looks like a candidate for Get Rhythm (or maybe I should not mention assignment possiblities?!). Lots of repeating elements here, I love the perspective and all the leading lines. Black and white is a perfect choice.

Great classic composition and treatment. This shot has a real feel of nostalgia.

Thanks David,Cindi and Larry!

David - Thanks and tell your co-worker I said thanks for the "AHH YEAH"!

Cindi - I appreciate your pointing out the "Rhythm" possibility because I really like this shot a lot and I hadn't thought of using it that way!

Larry - This one reminds me of some of our old high school darkroom stuff!

Cheers!

The old bridges have such remarkable lines that our newer just do not have. You did a great job capturing the lines and the repeating patterns of the bridge. Your post processing was spot on. Good work.

Thanks Patrick!

There's such eash access to this bridge from the historic part of Richmond, that no self respecting photographer could possibly pass it by without stopping for a few shutter snaps!

Cheers!
