The View from Reliant Stadium

This is one view from one of the upper pedestrian ramps at Reliant Stadium. The Houston skyline can be seen in the far distance with the Houston Medical Center between downtown and the Reliant complex building in the foreground.

Nice capture and post-processing. I like the way the buildings in the mid-ground provide a horizontal band of purple that breaks up the two uniquely textured blue areas of the foreground and sky. To me it's all about the color.

Thanks Larry!

I think the results at least made it worth the discomfort I felt at having to stand out on the exposed highest part of the exterior walkway at Reliant Stadium to take the shot! :-)

Cheers!
