Nice image. A few halos left around the buildings but it's not a big issue I think. Most of all, I like the way it looks like it's a painting. And very good composition too.
Thank you for your comment ytem! Many of my favorite post-processing techniques tend to create halos. Some, like this one, are not too bad while others are. If you have any tips for dealing with halos I would really appreciate hearing back from you on the subject.
