The Medina River

Today's photos were taken from a highway overpass crossing the Medina River near Bandera, Texas this past Sunday. I didn't really enjoy the cars whizzing by me at 55MPH but I did enjoy the view! :-)

Taken in Bandera, Texas two weekends ago. If it has either four wheels or four legs it's considered transportation in Bandera! :-)

Bandera General Store

Last weekend while doing our driving tour around the Texas Hill Country, we stopped at the Bandera General Store in Bandera, Texas. Back in the day I'm sure this soda fountain was the social epicenter of the town.
