#602. Connection

Taken Saturday morning in downtown Houston. Ever since it was constructed photographers have been fascinated by the circular walkway connecting a series of three Chevron (formerly Allen Center) buildings. To be sure, the architecture and engineering of the walkway are unique and wonderful; but maybe a part of the fascination has to do with the connection formed by the walkway that transforms three individual buildings into one network or community. "It takes a village" after all. :-)

#601. Geometry

Today's post is about geometry; maybe not all geometry but at least rectangles and right angles. Conventional wisdom says images about geometry should be in black and white and after considering both the black and white and the color versions of this image I agreed with conventional wisdom. Taken Saturday morning at Discovery Green in downtown Houston.
