You can still see it there but I hope I minimized it enough so as to keep it from being a distraction. I didn't want to crop in an equal amount on the right because I didn't want to croud the building too much. Also that darn rule of thirds usually makes me avoid dead centering subjects (unless I'm in a "Breaking Photographic Rules" mode). :-)

Cheers!
BarryBarry Armerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18315460669795988898noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2388114132841201130.post-87972428952459686382010-02-17T07:12:15.601-06:002010-02-17T07:12:15.601-06:00I agree with Larry's comment about centering. ...I agree with Larry's comment about centering. Was the off-center look intentional for framing or were you trying to keep something else out of the photo?Doug Haasshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12556596269817966949noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2388114132841201130.post-51732502811387685522010-02-17T05:29:03.402-06:002010-02-17T05:29:03.402-06:00I like the colors and textures in this shot, but I...I like the colors and textures in this shot, but I think I would like to see it centered with the background buildings cloned out. Nice shot as is though.Larryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00349688964085854509noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2388114132841201130.post-24960455209415464142010-02-16T13:17:42.750-06:002010-02-16T13:17:42.750-06:00I like the choice of texture and slight brown colo...I like the choice of texture and slight brown color to match the church bricks. The texture helps direct the eyes toward the church instead of fixating on the harsh gray skies. I would level the horizon a tad, unless that was the look you wanted.Doug Haasshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12556596269817966949noreply@blogger.com
