Your opinion, since you are the subject of the photo, is the most valuable opinion of all!

Thanks for visiting my blog also!

Cheers!
BarryBarry Armerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18315460669795988898noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2388114132841201130.post-33160324106833296962009-01-04T00:09:00.000-06:002009-01-04T00:09:00.000-06:00That's really cool! And the card brings a foreground piece to it that draws you in and reminds you of the scene- birthday party and presents. I love how you captured my moment!

Kirby :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2388114132841201130.post-37536453214957534632009-01-03T14:57:00.000-06:002009-01-03T14:57:00.000-06:00Thank you Inga!Thank you Inga!Barry Armerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18315460669795988898noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2388114132841201130.post-72478234265424739332009-01-03T11:27:00.000-06:002009-01-03T11:27:00.000-06:00super great photo!!!super great photo!!!Inga Jankauskaitėhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02745917333118414293noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2388114132841201130.post-67104512985017812202008-12-28T20:18:00.000-06:002008-12-28T20:18:00.000-06:00Thanks for your comments Cindi and Larry!I used Ni...Thanks for your comments Cindi and Larry!

I used Nik Viveza to remove the shadows from under the eyes as best I could and replaced the image with the new version. It's a poor substitute for putting my flash in the proper position when I took the shot but it is an improvement.

I kind of like the confusion in the lower right corner so I left that. It distracts from the subject but also kind of leads you to it doesn't it?

Thanks again for your comments!

BarryBarry Armerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18315460669795988898noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2388114132841201130.post-24279530180626812082008-12-28T17:34:00.000-06:002008-12-28T17:34:00.000-06:00I like the image as is. To me it makes the shot even more mysterious. Who'll be the tie-breaker here?Larryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00349688964085854509noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2388114132841201130.post-54801143448126869492008-12-28T10:01:00.000-06:002008-12-28T10:01:00.000-06:00This is great! What is that bright white streak on the right, maybe a card on another present? Can you clone it out? It is a little distracting to me, it takes away from her face. Or maybe do a Craig Tanner and select the left side and flip it so it is more symmetrical. Also, can you open up the shadows under her eyes? Maybe dodge there, or use a levels adjustment and mask off the rest.

CindiAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
